Jean Chrétien entered public life for one reason, and one reason only: "To serve our country. To make it a better place." The moment he understood the purpose of The Photo Art Book 360˚, he knew that he had to become involved. "We must do things to help our fellow citizens", he said. "And that is why I am here."
