When I looked at the weather on Friday night, I wanted to change the call time to sleep an extra hour. There was not a chance to have any sun and the main reason to wake up early, it is to have the sunrise in the background of the picture. I finally decided to keep the call time at 6:30, just in case.
At 5Am this morning, when I woke up and watch the weather on the web, I was still disappointed to see there was no sun expected before the end of the day. It was too late to call everyone so I went to Tim Horton to pickup some food and drove to the location.
I have to say that from the very beginning of this production, everything went Very well. The first (and only) day I did my scouting, I have seen the best location for the concept I had in mind for Jérémie. I was lucky to have the support of
Drastik media for the coordination with the gallery and the props. Couple of emails later, we received a positive answer about the location at the
Etecae gallery as well as
Photo Service who contribute with some cameras for the window display. Everything was too good to be true... and we were flabbergasted to see the sun just when we were ready to shoot.
The light is just what I was expected and it give us the opportunity to get The picture we wanted for
Jérémie. To see the satisfaction on his face was the best reward for me... as well as the amount he is giving to
Leucan. Thank you everyone for this beautiful production.
